JCorp Design Build traces its roots back 23 years to the formation of JCorp Inc. JCorp Inc. was founded by Duane Jensen, a structural engineer with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and a Masters in Structural Engineering. JCorp Inc. has since completed hundreds of projects throughout Iowa and the Midwest, with a range of services from design build integration, to structural engineering, construction management and development. In 2024, JCorp Inc. transitioned to JCorp Design Build, moving to its second generation of ownership under Nick Jensen. JCorp Design Build is now one of the pillars of vertical integration across Caliber Company, a real estate owner, operator and developer with capabilities ranging from development, to design and general contracting, property management and leasing, real estate brokerage and single family home construction.
