Campus Flats

Campus Flats is a mixed-use project comprising 46 residential units, two commercial spaces, and conditioned parking underneath the structure. The building fits neatly on its urban site, replacing some underutilized buildings and creating a modern and functional building on the edge of campus. Challenges included designing and engineering around a drainage culvert that runs under the building and erecting a precast concrete structure on a tight, urban site.
