The SE 5th Retail Center rejuvenated a vacant building into a contemporary, updated retail center. After removing a portion of the building to accommodate more parking, we carefully tailored the remaining existing structure into a building that will offer a modernized retail experience for years to come. Challenges included working with the existing building frame and floodproofing the basement while staying within an aggressive budget. JCorp navigated each of these constraints and delivered a unique, quality final product.
